"Engineering" a turn around

At the midway point of the LNCUTMV Conference season perennial also ran Southern NAIA Tech seemed poised for another year of mediocrity. However, the Engineers from Petticoat Junction have turned things around in recent weeks and have reeled off 9 straight wins to grab a two game lead with 6 games remaining. Southern NAIA Tech-Hooterville seems to have shaken off the early season controversy, of having academically eligible players on their squad, and has gone 7-3 in their last 10 to even their record at 12-12.
